Huw Wiggin & Oliver Wass (Harp)
Gather on Whiteleaf Hill in the early morning light to greet the day with stunning, ethereal music for saxophone and harp, interspersed with contemplative poetry… coffee and bacon sandwiches will be available from Really Awesome Coffee in the Whiteleaf Cross Car Park.
Designed to frame your working day, this is one of three concerts inviting you on a journey through dark and light as we greet the day together, meet at midday for a lunchtime refresh and gather once more at dusk. Huw Wiggin invites musical colleagues to join him as he presents an eclectic and mesmerising range of works for saxophone and harp interspersed with poetry (in the morning), saxophone and piano (at lunchtime) and saxophone quartet (in the evening).
